Hello, my friends. This post is not going to be long, although I’ll try my best!
I wanted to thank you all for the time you’ve taken to read my blog all these years. I consider writing here to be one of my life’s biggest accomplishments. As I’ve explained before, in this blog, I pour my soul into sharing what I keep learning from life’s different situations, with the intention to inspire whoever might read it to see other perspectives that might somehow be helpful to them.
When I decided to start the blog more than two years ago, I planned to do it for a year and then throw myself into the adventure of writing a book. But it turned out that writing a book requires more practice (from my perspective), so I decided to keep practicing here for a little longer. I absolutely love the discipline I’ve developed by committing to write here every single week. It may look easy to write once a week, but when you’re also doing everything else life requires you to do, it gets a little challenging sometimes to find the time.
What I wanted the blog to do was to show people who are facing a divorce or romantic separation that it doesn’t have to be hard. It’s a struggle, for sure, but if you’re smart about it, you can make it a better experience and strengthen yourself in the process. I feel like I have enough material now to jump into a bigger adventure for my “Divorce Smart, Not Hard” project. Although I’m not an expert by any means, I now think I have more content I can organize to put a book together. What do you think?
What I’m trying to say is that I’m moving into a different adventure. I love writing every week and will continue to do so, but I’m ready to start a blog that’s more open to different subjects. “Divorce Smart Not Hard” is my first blog, and I’m beyond grateful for everything it taught me, and even more grateful for all the people who have taken the time to read me here. It’s time now to create something new out of this.
Thank you for your amazing support, my friends! I’ll see you all shortly in a new blog, and I promise I’ll share its info here once it’s ready to go live. Again, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart!
Love,
Irene
