There are so many tools we can use to improve ourselves, but we must open our minds to new perspectives if we want to become our best version. During my divorce journey, I listened to hundreds of phenomenal Podcasts, read lots of amazing books, started my meditation practice and changed my eating and exercising habits. A year later, I am beyond grateful for every single tool I have used. They are all part of my daily routines now.
I will be sharing here all Podcasts, books and tools that have helped me.

2/21/2020 This week recommendation is a book. The secret to find the power of seeing everything from a place of love, it is to learn loving ourselves first. There is an amazing book called “The Untethered Soul” by Michael Singer. I totally believe reading and understanding this book is vital to start loving ourselves.
2/28/2020 There are so many ways we can improve our lives. Following this week post regarding taking a break from social media, I found appropriate suggesting another great book: The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. If you have not read Hal’s amazing life story, you should do it. He is a great inspiration, and his miracle morning routine is just phenomenal. I used to think watching videos on YouTube would take me to the fitness level I wanted. I can assure you today, I was wrong. To get to a different level, we need help.
